Reduced unnecessary repetition in visual answers and follow-up responses.

Interrupted or incomplete AI responses are no longer saved as successfully completed answers.
Internal response formatting is no longer shown in the visual overlay while an answer is being generated.

A more flexible visual workflow for questions that need several screenshots or follow-up context.

Added the ability to collect multiple screenshots before sending one visual question.
Added controls for replacing the current visual context or starting a fresh context when moving to a different task.

Follow-up visual questions now stay connected to the relevant screenshots and answers from the current context.
Saved visual sessions now keep a clearer record of the screenshots used for each question.
