System requirements

  • Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or later, or Windows 11
  • 8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB recommended
  • Internet access for AI responses and live transcription
  • A microphone and working system audio for meeting transcription
  • A valid GhostAssist license file

Two-minute pre-call test

  1. Open GhostAssist and place the overlay where you intend to use it.
  2. Start a private test meeting using the same desktop app and share mode.
  3. View the shared screen from a second device or participant account.
  4. Make a short recording or screenshot and confirm the overlay is absent.
  5. Repeat this test after major Windows, graphics-driver or meeting-app updates.

Important limitations

No compatibility page can guarantee every future third-party application version, GPU driver or capture configuration. A dry run on your own device is the decisive test.

GhostAssist is not built to defeat exam lockdown or proctoring software. Follow the rules of your employer, interviewer, institution and meeting host, including recording and AI-use requirements.
