Designed for common capture surfaces
In supported Windows setups, the overlay is designed to stay out of captures made with Zoom, Teams, Meet, OBS Studio, the Windows Snipping Tool, and Game Bar. Test your exact setup before an important call.
Invisible during screen sharing
In supported Windows capture paths, the GhostAssist overlay remains your private layer rather than part of the shared image. Compatibility can vary by capture method, so run the published test first.

Pre-meeting AI brief
Before you join, generate an AI brief with participant context, goals, and key questions so you enter the conversation prepared.
Dual-mode audio with speaker attribution
Captures system audio output and your microphone simultaneously, with echo cancellation and deduplication. Answers reference who said what (You vs. Them), not a blended transcript.
Live insights, not just transcription
Surfaces decisions, open questions, and action items as they emerge in the conversation. Answers are grounded in what was actually said, and by whom.
Post-meeting report and follow-up draft
After the call: a structured summary with action items, key moments, and a draft follow-up email ready to send. The complete meeting arc, closed.
AI model control
Bring your own API key
Connect your own Anthropic or OpenRouter API key for the AI model, plus an optional Deepgram key for transcription. Anthropic is not required: you can reach top frontier models through OpenRouter alone. You choose the model and pay your provider directly, with no GhostAssist markup and no usage metering on our side.
Multi-model fallback chain
If your primary model is rate-limited or unavailable, GhostAssist fails over to the next model in your chain automatically. Your session continues without interruption.
No usage limits
No credits, no monthly caps, no features locked behind a higher tier. Your usage ceiling is your API plan, not a GhostAssist paywall.
Privacy & data
Local GhostAssist session storage
Transcripts, sessions, Q&A logs, and meeting records are saved on your machine. GhostAssist infrastructure does not store your interview or meeting content.
Desktop content stays separate from website analytics
The marketing website measures limited page and purchase-funnel events. Those events do not contain desktop transcripts, AI answers, form contents, payment references, or URL query strings.
Provider-bound AI requests
When you request an AI answer or transcription, the relevant context is sent to the selected AI or speech provider. GhostAssist does not use desktop session content to train its own models; your provider's terms govern its processing.
License-based desktop access
The Windows app is activated with a signed license file rather than a persistent in-app cloud login. The website account is used for purchase and license management, not for syncing meeting content.

Three data flows, kept deliberately separate
Privacy is easier to evaluate when the boundaries are explicit. GhostAssist separates local desktop records, provider requests, and website commerce data.
